Expert Care in Difficult Times

Patients with dementia require special care.

This can be especially difficult for both the patient and their loved ones. We find that dementia patients are typically less resistant to receiving assistance with personal care needs from a caregiver than from a family member. Our nurses work with the client’s family to create a comfortable environment, including simple routines and visual cues as a positive substitute for diminishing mental processes.

To care for guests living with dementia, we employ a trained staff and use innovative activities in safe and comfortable accommodations designed specifically for guests with Alzheimer’s and other memory/dementia issues.
